Excel Spread Sheets
These spreadsheets are functional, easy, and useful. They do all the calculations for many business needs. Must have Microsoft Excel 2003 or later to use. The Spreadsheets are simple to use, and they are locked so that you can’t accidentally alter them. They are not fancy or colorful because the goal is to keep things simple. The Excel Products available are:
* Revenue Comparison Chart – Compare last year’s figures to this year’s. See if your income has gone up or down per month, and what % of the change exists. All calculations are done for you by simply inputting the figures.
* Income Report – Keep track of income figures. If you utilize different affiliate programs or have several income sources this allows you to keep track of them all – very easy. This is an especially useful report if you do not get a 1099 for taxes. Just input all your checks/income and print it out for your accountant.
* Monthly Revenue Chart – Use this spreadsheet to track your total revenue by the month, the total number of calls, the total number of minutes, average per call, and let it do all the calculations for you.
* Checkbook Spreadsheet – Keep track of your business or personal checking account. All calculations are done for you by simply inputting the figures.
* Income Expense Tracking – This is a great spreadsheet if you are professionally minded or for a service owner. Keep track of your income, advertising fees, hosting fees, phone bills, and misc costs. It allows you to see how your income is divided up. Can be printed out easily to give to your accountant. All calculations are done for you by simply inputting the figures.
